Service Description
I intuitively assess the root causes of dis-ease (in any aspect of life such as health, or relationships) on the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual levels and I guide you in bringing love to these parts of you. We work together to heal trauma using somatic-based energy work and techniques to support the integration of the parts of you that were once exiled (including inner child/parts work). We also reprogram limiting beliefs in the subconscious mind which are keeping you stuck, and work to process suppressed emotions creating blockages in the energy field and body (and life in general!). I'm passionate about teaching you how to transform yourself so you can go home with knowledge and tools for self-healing and reconnecting to your divinity, and therefore restoring health to your mind and body! If you‘d like me to create an individualized multi-session package plan for you that is different than what I currently offer, please contact me to discuss!
Cancellation Policy
To reschedule a session please contact me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. All payments must be made in advance of the booked session or package, unless you are paying in-person . Payment can be made via e-transfer or cash instead of credit card if preferred. Packages are non-refundable.
