In-person Group Soul Journey in Passmore
Remembering Safety Within
Facilitated by Melissa Crawford, MD, Soul Guide

A 3-hour immersive and intimate journey inward for women who are longing to feel safer, more grounded and connected within themselves.
Self-abandoning, people-pleasing, keeping busy, overworking, distracting yourself, and other “self-sabotaging” habits can all be ways your protective parts have tried to keep you safe . These patterns once served a purpose, even if they may no longer be serving you in the same way today.
Together, we'll explore what becomes possible when these protective parts are met with compassion, rather than resistance—and when you reconnect with a deeper way of being that is aligned with your True Self.
Through somatic practices, guided inner exploration, meaningful connection and a deeply restorative and harmonizing journey, you'll explore the ways your body and subconscious have learned to protect you—and begin remembering and creating a deeper sense of safety, self-trust and connection from within.
Reawaken your authentic spark.Feel more alive again.Reconnect with joy, pleasure, bliss and harmony. Improve your health and relationships.
It all begins with your relationship with yourself and with the Divine.
